CURRENT OPENINGS & OPPORTUNITIES:
Check-in: APPLY
Volunteers at check-in will:
-Welcome the players, referees, artists and performers, VIP’s and the other
volunteers.
-Give official credential badges to listed people.
-Orient/guide people toward accurate destination inside stadium.
Organization / Information (OI) Tent: APPLY
Volunteers at the O/I Tent will:
-Distribute goodies bags, lunch vouchers, contests prizes, etc.
-Help people find their way around the stadium.
-Centralize complaints, feed-back, suggestions, etc from the crowd.
Production Engineers: APPLY
Production Engineers will manage the content of Audio and Video
announcements, ads and performances from the Technical Headquarters/Room
of the Stadium.
Photographers / Cameramen: APPLY
Will shoot various topics all day such as: Fans contest, Players, Performances,
Village, Volunteers, etc.
Timing/Show coordination Team: APPLY
Volunteers from the T/S Coordination Team will:
-manage performers’ itinerary across the event.
-make sure performers are on time for their performances.
Master of Ceremony: APPLY
Will comment the event Live all day (Soccer tournaments, performances, contests,
etc).
Village crew: APPLY
Volunteers part of the village crew will assist and support sponsors and booth
tenants during the set-up and tear down phases before and after the event
(banners set-up, canopies assembly, decoration of the festival village, orientation
of sponsors, etc).
Lunch crew: APPLY
Volunteers part of the lunch crew will help catering company to manage and serve
lunches for volunteers, referees, booth tenants, etc.
Field crew: APPLY
Volunteers part of the field crew will make sure all required material is available on
the field on time at the right location.
Ball Kids: APPLY
Ball kids will be located around the 4 soccer fields set-up inside Soldier Field to
make sure players always have a ball to play with.
Score Table: APPLY
Volunteers at the Score Tables will be supporting the referees to record goals,
cards and ranking during the games of the Soccer tournament.
